Program Manager

We are a dynamic organization dedicated to driving positive change in ocean conservation, circular economy, and ecosystem restoration. As we expand our efforts, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our impactful initiatives and contribute to our mission-driven work.​
Responsibilities
-
Lead program management guided by the approved overall program plan, and manage monthly coastal clean-ups, while ensuring the timely output of committed deliverables within the agreed budget.

Work directly with the Program Director to develop and utilize an effective program measurement system to achieve desired impacts and drive effective program targeting.

Develop and manage the approved budget and operating plan of the program, harmonizing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
-
Directly manage staff and operations, including coastal clean-ups, solid waste management programs and livelihood initiatives.
-
Plan, assign, review, and evaluate the work of CORA staff, managing their training and development.
-
Ensure program implementation is responsive to communities and partners, consistent with organization guidelines, values, and strategic plans.

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through proactive management and regular convening of meetings.
-
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project issues and decisions.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute the program's communication strategy.

Conduct research, gather relevant data, and report to the Executive Director and key partners for consideration.

Review, identify, and analyze possible program risks, ensuring they are addressed appropriately.

Develop evaluation tools to assess program strengths and areas for improvement. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.

Develop and manage long-term goals of the program to ensure sustainability, replicability, and growth.
Qualifications
-
Tertiary academic qualification or higher. Fluency in Filipino and English (both oral and written) is required.
-
Good understanding of the institutional framework governing plastics recycling and the circular economy framework in middle to low-income countries.
-
More than 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as ocean conservation, circular economy, marketing/communications, sustainability, nonprofit, or livelihood development.
-
Knowledge, skills, and experience in social and behavior change formative research, international standards for developing or pretesting existing materials, and local community engagement programs.
-
Experience with marine litter management and monitoring.
-
Strong knowledge of program management, implementation, and development.
-
Ability to liaise and negotiate with government and social partners.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under time pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in diversified environments.

Proficiency in computer applications and good communication skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Finance and Admin Officer to join our team. The selected candidate shall be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our mission.
Responsibilities
1. Financial Management

Develop and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

Familiarity with non-profit accounting principles and compliance requirements.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fund and Grant Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for identifying, applying for, and managing grants from governmental bodies, foundations, and other grant-giving organizations. The Fund and Grant Specialist will work closely with program managers and finance and admin teams to ensure that grant opportunities are maximized, and that applications are developed, submitted and managed effectively and professionally, ensuring that application and reporting obligations are met.
Responsibilities

Identifying, applying for, and managing grants from governmental bodies, foundations, and other grant-making organizations.

Possess a deep understanding of the grant application process, including proposal writing, budgeting, and compliance with grant requirements.

Researching statistics, trends and data for grant proposals and community advocacy.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience with nonprofit administration, grant writing, or fundraising.
